Homekit Compatiable

HomeKit is Apple's connected home technology used to seamlessly integrate and control HomeKit devices in your home from your mobile device. Within our 2nd Generation Lyric Thermostat, Honeywell has implemented the Homekit Chip and updated the software so that this is a certified Homekit Product.

Fine Tune

Comfort is about more than just the temperature. Humidity levels have an equally big impact on how your home feels, so optimizing both factors means a comfortable home - no matter the weather. Fine Tune mode is a more advanced way of keeping you comfortable by taking into consideration the indoor temperature, indoor humidity, and outdoor conditions.

Geofencing

Honeywell is changing the way you think about comfort. Leaving the house? Enable geofencing, and the Lyric thermostat will automatically adjust based on your smartphone's location. Or, tap the Away button on your thermostat to set the temperature back while you're gone. The result? Comfort when you're home and savings when you're away.

Shortcuts

Tailor your comfort to any situation, at the touch of a button. Create unique shortcuts for unique situations, or, save the shortcuts you really like and they'll be available on your app any time you want. Customizable comfort has never been so simple.

Reminders

Do you forget how often you're supposed to change your filters? Don't worry. Lyric will send you a reminder when it's time for a change.

Alerts

The Lyric thermostat sends alerts directly to your smartphone in case of extreme temperature or irregularities in your heating and cooling system. So with alerts, you can stay comfortably connected, even when you're away.

Monitoring

The Lyric thermostat monitors your system to ensure you don't get any unwanted surprises - like a winter furnace failure. It also gives you the flexibility to locate a heating and cooling professional who can view and diagnose your system remotely.
